1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

4. International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages: KimBowsCo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package appears lost, please contact us at Kimbowsco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

7. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
