No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exception: Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Kimbosco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong in transit, we're here to make it right.
